Agricentre South 2027 Calendar Photo Competition

Promoter

The promoter is Agricentre South.

Competition Period

Entries open upon publication and close at 11:59pm NZST on 16 October 2026.

Entries received after this time may not be considered.

Eligibility

• Open to New Zealand residents only.
• Entrants under 18 years of age must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
• Agricentre South reserves the right to verify eligibility.

Entry Requirements

• There is no limit to the number of photographs an entrant may submit.
• Multiple photographs may be uploaded within a single submission.
• Entries must be the original work of the person submitting them.
• Entrants must own the copyright to all submitted images.
• Images must not infringe the rights of any third party.
• If identifiable people appear in a photograph, the entrant must have their permission to submit the image.

Judging

Entries will be judged on:

• Suitability for the selected calendar category
• Image quality
• Visual impact
• Creativity
• Storytelling
• Representation of rural life, agriculture, or outdoor recreation

Judging will be conducted by representatives of Agricentre South.

The judges’ decisions are final.

Calendar Selection

Selected photographs may be used in:

• The 2027 Agricentre South Case IH Calendar
• The 2027 Agricentre South New Holland Calendar
• The 2027 Agricentre South Yamaha Calendar

Agricentre South may move images between categories if deemed more appropriate for another calendar.

Use of Photographs

By entering the competition, entrants grant Agricentre South a perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use, reproduce, publish, edit, distribute, and display submitted photographs for:

• Calendars
• Social media
• Website content
• Advertising and marketing campaigns
• Printed promotional material
• Future Agricentre South publications

Photographers retain ownership of their images.

Where practical, Agricentre South will acknowledge the photographer.

Privacy

Personal information collected through this competition will only be used for:

• Competition administration
• Contacting entrants
• Related Agricentre South marketing communications where consent has been provided

General Conditions

Agricentre South reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition if circumstances require.
